Welcome to MAE 3D! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. MAE 3D is not registered for GST. All prices are final and GST is not charged.

1. Our Products

Most of our items are custom-made to order. Please double-check your details, photos, and designs before purchasing, as we can’t accept returns for change of mind once production begins.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AUD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is required in full before your order is made and shipped.

3. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Processing and delivery times are listed in our [Shipping Policy]. Once shipped, delivery times are out of our control, but we’ll always help if an issue arises.

4. Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. See our [Returns Policy] for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All MAE 3D designs, photos, and content are owned by us and may not be used or copied without permission.

6. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
