🚚 Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and shipped from Western Australia.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Processing time
Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items (such as our lithophane lamps) may take up to 7–10 business days to produce before shipping.

Shipping times

• Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–8 business days

Tracking
All parcels include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Lost or delayed parcels
We are not responsible for delays once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, but we’ll always do our best to help you locate your parcel or file a missing parcel claim if needed.

Shipping address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
